Our first stop will be the most important capital of the Mayan world, Chichen Itza, with its incredible architecture and culture. We will visit the Pyramid of Kukulkan, proclaimed as one of the seven wonders of the modern world. As well as the Temple of the Thousand Columns, a remarkable heritage of the Itzaes and the Observatory.
We will continue the adventure in the Tsukan Sanctuary. On its trails you will enjoy nature in all its splendor; You will be able to witness the majesty of endemic trees of the region such as the pich and the ceibas and you will be able to admire the different colors, aromas and sounds that characterize Yucatan.
We will continue to Izamal, known as the City of the Three Cultures or City of the hills. The Mayans founded Izamal as a kingdom of the Itzaes. Admire the great Franciscan convent of San Antonio de Padua, the most important reminder of the Spanish conquest, the domination of the New World and the initiation of the Mayans to Catholicism. The convent, which has the largest atrium in Latin America, was built on an ancient Mayan pyramid.
